Working with Stef gives you more than just outward results. During a recent checkup, I was informed that my BP was 110/60 and my pulse rate was 66 bpm. That's over a 20 point drop in my pulse rate--in all honesty, I can tell you I haven't EVER had a pulse rate below 85, not even in high school."
