About Me

 

 

My name is Stefania Nuzzolo and I have earned my fitness trainer and my specialist in performance nutrition certifications through the International Sport Science Association (ISSA), an organization recognized as the world leader in fitness certification.

I was born and raised in Naples, Italy, and I moved to Panama City Beach in 2003 with my husband, Curt.

After reaching a plateau in my career and being unhappy with my job the only thing that would help me feel better was taking kickboxing, spinning, strength, and yoga classes at the Navy Base fitness center. Exercise has been a great stress reliever and has helped me become a stronger, more motivated, and goal-oriented person.

Becoming a fitness trainer has not only changed my life for the better, but has allowed me to help others make lasting changes to their lives and to become stronger and healthier people.

In addition to being the owner of Stef’s Personal Training LLC, in Panama City Beach FL, and a mom to a beautiful boy, Nico, I teach a fun outdoor Saturday class, Training Al Fresco, I'm the creator of an easy, effective, and affordable Online Training Program, I have also been featured in the Panama City Beach Now web site.

Marathon Training - Leraned trained techniques for successful marathon performance.

Intuitive Eating - Learned how to empower clients to achieve a healthy and desireble body weight.

Weigth Management for Women - learned about the key body-weight issues that women deal daily.

Joint Integrity - Learned the best exercises to strengthen and stabilize the connective tissues and muscles that surround and support the joints. These exercises will improve muscle symmetry and balance, develop dynamic balance, and increase hip and shoulder strength and stability.

Core Conditioning - Learned new uses for the Swiss and medicine balls, BOSU, and power wheel to develop trunk stabilization, strength, movement, and speed in the core muscles.

Boot Camp Complete - Learned multiple methods of boot camp training with creative, dynamic, and challenging drills.

Exercise and Arthritis - Learned practical solutions to enable clients to manage stiffness and chronic pain.

Exercise and Heart Disease - Learned exercise strategies to help clients prevent and manage heart disease.
